Printing Delay and Live Ticket Dispatch Information
Get information on printing and postage delays from Ticketmaster's Customer Service team.
If you have selected standard post as your delivery method, your tickets may take up to 5-10 days to reach your chosen address. If you have chosen courier, your tickets can take between 2-3 days to reach you. If your courier tickets or standard post tickets have not reached you in the estimated time, please send your inquiry to [email protected].
Due to multiple print delays, some events may take longer to dispatch. There is a possibility that the tickets to the event you have purchased for are on a print delay, below is a list of the events currently on a print delay. If you are printing your tickets from your Ticketmaster account online, please make sure you are logged into the correct email address if you have multiple Ticketmaster accounts. If tickets do not arrive in time for an event, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Ticketmaster of this issue before the event takes place as other means of delivery or venue/outlet collection can be arranged.

* Please note that if you have P!nk Collector Tickets, these tickets are being specially designed overseas for this tour. Once they have been completed, they’ll be sent to NZ and will be dispatched via courier in August.
* Venue Pick Up is the only delivery method available for P!nk’s Wild Hearts Zone tickets. Please note that they can only be collected from the venue on the day of the event by the account holder with valid photo ID. No name changes or exchanges permitted.
