Ahead of her first-ever trip to New Zealand, we sat down with Swedish singer-songwriter Leon to chat about making her debut album and taking it to stages around the world.

It'll be a tale of two Martins when critically-acclaimed American funnymen Steve Martin and Martin Short team up to bring their 'Now You See Them, Soon You Won't' comedy tour to New Zealand this November.
Steve Martin and Martin Short will arrive in New Zealand for the first time ever this November.
Hailed as two of the funniest, most influential comics of the past century, their incoming show, ‘Now You See Them, Soon You Won’t’, promises to redefine the form in unexpected and profound ways. It’s a big call, but we are well and truly excited about it.
Brace yourself because the jokes are set to come at you at a rapid-fire pace with little set-up and huge punchlines as the pair mock Hollywood and the fickle nature of celebrity. But the duo truly soars when they roast each other – so much so that they make each other laugh as much as the audience.
This new show follows on from the pairs sold out tour An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life, which was filmed for a Netflix special that saw the pair earn four Emmy nominations.
Martin and Short first met more than three decades ago, on the set of their 1986 film Three Amigos. It has been a long and enduring friendship that has resulted in the comedy icons touring together since 2016.
Steve Martin and Martin Short will bring their Now You See Them, Soon You Won’t tour to Spark Arena, Auckland on Tuesday 19 November. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.co.nz.
