It's going to be huge!
You know it’s a good day when Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan announces a live performance that we can watch from our loungerooms.
Taking place in November, the One Direction band member will take the stage with his full band at the incredible Royal Albert Hall for a special one-off, muti-camera performance that will be livestreamed right around the globe.

I’m sooo happy to share that I’ll be playing a special livestream show from London’s legendary @royalalberthall on 7th November ! Tickets go on-sale this Friday (October 16th) at 9AM BST. This is a one-off ticketed live show with a special cause in mind. All profits from the event will be shared between my touring crew and the #weneedcrew relief fund. This is something I’m incredibly passionate about as live events are something we all love and miss. Until we are able to return I want to shine a light on the incredible crew members of our touring world that make those events possible and whose livelihoods have been severely affected by Covid-19 and the lack of financial support to self-employed Arts World members. I’m putting on this gig to try and raise awareness of the immense value they bring to an industry enjoyed by so many, and do something to help them and their families. I ask all you guys to support them with me and buy a ticket if you can, and I encourage all artists to do the same. I’m going to put on a show for you and I promise you will love it. After having to cancel his ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ World tour – which included dates in Australia across October – this global livestream will be the first time Horan will get to perform tracks from his second album Heartbreak Weather to fans around the world.
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that has put full-capacity live events on hold, all profits from the show will be shared between Niall’s touring crew who are currently unable to work and #WeNeedCrew relief fund – a recently launched hardship fund for the touring industry.
“I know that live events are something we all miss, and until we are able to return I want to highlight the incredible people who work in touring that make those events possible and whose livelihoods have been severely affected,” Horn says.

The album, released back in March following his 2017 debut Flicker, debuted at number one on the Irish and UK album charts, as well as peaking at #2 here in Australia. Alongside singles ‘Nice To Meet Ya’, ‘Put A Little Love On Me’, ‘No Judgement’, and ‘Black and White’, Heartbreak Weather takes listener’s down a recent break-up’s memory lane – further showcasing Horan’s power as a solo artist.
During lockdown, Horan has been getting in his livestream practice. Alongside regularly showing up on Instagram live, guitar in hand, he has performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Global Citizen’s Together At Home, The Crooner Sessions, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, The Graham Norton Show, and more. He has also shown support for Live Nation’s Crew Nation fund and Alone Ireland throughout this time.
