Important Update
We've put together some important information regarding the latest news.
As of Monday’s announcement from the Prime Minister, New Zealand is now at Level 4 level by day’s end.
This means that all Ticketmaster services for the next four weeks will be available online only – www.ticketmaster.co.nz. Our box offices will temporarily close and our call centre will only operate online.
We will still have a team of dedicated staff addressing your queries as they come in but we will not be able to take calls or process any sales by phone. From immediate effect, our customer service hours of operation for this period is Monday to Sunday, 9am – 5pm.
Please note that all mail and courier dispatches of physical tickets for events that are still on sale have been delayed until further notice.
