Hozier will be taking us all to church when he touches down in New Zealand for one huge headline show.
Irish singer-songwriter Hozier has finally announced his highly-anticipated New Zealand return, with a headline show locked in at New Zealand’s Spark Arena next April.
The show mark’s Hozier’s first visit to our stages since selling out the venue in 2015 and will be our first chance to hear tracks from his gorgeous EP Nina Cried Power live.
As well as huge singles like monster hit Take Me To Church and Someone New, we are also stoked to see Hozier perform his EP’s lead single Nina Cried Power. After a recent performance, The Evening Standard said that “Hozier’s watertight backing band wreathed the choruses in four-part harmonies, elevating his new songs into the realms of the celestial” and we can’t wait for a piece of that.
The shows will also be our first chance to hear tracks from Hozier’s forthcoming second full-length album. The as-yet-untitled record is due out sometime next year, and features Hozier’s latest single, Movement.
