Long Beach trio half alive will make their first trip to our side of the world this August.
California band half•alive will bring their dreamy, indie-pop tunes to our stages this August – and we cannot wait.
Earlier this year, the band dropped a new single titled ‘arrow’ – featuring everything from handclaps to wild horns, shimmering keys and an ecstatic chant, it’s cleat half alive are bringing something new and fresh to the indie rock scene.
After recently wrapping up their first-ever headlining tour (with every show sold out!), the band headed into the studio where they are currently working on their debut album. So expect more new music before they reach out shores.
They also recently made their television debut, with a special performance on none other than Jimmy Kimmel Live! Huge stuff. Check out their performance below to get a gauge on what we can expect from their New Zealand show – well, we can hope at least, because this performance is fabulous.
half•alive will take over Tuning Fork, Auckland on Wednesday 21 August. Tickets go on sale Friday 22 March @ 10am local time via Ticketmaster.co.nz.
