Elton John fans heading to his Hawke’s Bay and Auckland shows will have to wait an extra week for their concerts, but in great news, the superstar has also added at third Auckland run to the mix.
The two Mt Smart Stadium shows on Sunday 9 February and Tuesday 11 February have now been rescheduled to the same days of the week, one week later on Sunday 16 February and Tuesday 18 February. The new show at Auckland’s Mt Smart Stadium will take place on Thursday 20 February.
If you scored tickets to one of the now rescheduled concerts and you’re able to make it to the new corresponding day, there’s no need to fret. Your tickets are automatically valid for the new date and you don’t have to do a thing. Your tickets will commence delivery, as scheduled, from Monday 8 July, printed with the new date.
If you can’t make the new dates, let us get your sorted before Friday 17 May – or at the very latest before tickets start being sent out on Monday 8 July. Click here to submit a refund request. A gentle reminder too, your credit card details may have changed since you purchased, so make sure your details are up-to-date. If you purchased from one of our outlets, swing by again with the credit card you used, and our team will be happy to assist.
If you can’t make the rescheduled date for your show but want to attend one of Elton John’s other New Zealand concerts you will still need to refund your originally purchased tickets and then re-purchase tickets to whichever show you’d like to attend. There will be no ticket exchanges processed between different concert days.
Concerts at Dunedin’s Forsyth Barr Stadium on Tuesday 4 February and at Mission Estate Winery on Thursday 6 February have not been rescheduled and are not eligible for change of date refund requests.
